Torge Ugur DipAM MIAM founded the practice in 1991 following 14yrs of professional development to push the boundaries of design and construction beyond the normal and the conventional. He has been at the forefront of the drive to use new materials and techniques to create exciting, dynamic spaces which work well within their setting, and push the envelope of good design practice and project management.
Torge's expertise has been gained redesigning, enlarging, rebuilding and refurbishing significant Town & Country residences over 30 years, and managing a large portfolio of work with Listed and Period properties. He specialises in Green Belt, AONB and Rural planning issues and the organisation and management of complex design & build projects.
David Duce joined Aaron Intec Associates as Director of Conservation & Planning in May 2008 following a long and successful career at senior level in Local Government development control
 David specialises in the restoration and development of Listed and Historic Buildings. He is an acknowledged expert on all National Heritage matters and the carrying out of full independent Conservation Assessments and Written Appraisals in support of Planning Application and Appeals processes.
